How much will I have to pay for shipping?

The prices can change depending on where you are located in the world. However we offer free shipping to Canada and the US on all orders over $80 as well as free shipping worldwide on all orders over $150. Just use codes free80 or free100.

How long will I have to wait for my package?

It takes about 1-2 days to process all orders and then ship them out. It then takes 2-7 days for the delivery to arrive within Canada. Outside of Canada the delivery time varies depending on location, if you need an order to arrive quickly please place your special order by emailing  [email protected] .

I need to return my purchase, what should I do?

If you have any problems with your purchase please contact us via our website or email us at [email protected] . However if you have purchased one of our grab boxes all sales are final.

What happens when I receive a defective item?

We personally check each item before it gets sent out to ensure that doesn't happen. In the case we miss the damaged item you have 3 days to contact us, we will be more than happy to pay for your return shipping and replace your purchase.
